About Trevor Williams

    Worked with nonprofit and educational organizations in the implementation and support of Salesforce.com. This covered the entire lifecycle of an implementation project, which included:1) Understanding all client requirements in their current business processes and workflows. This included the process of converting their data into a format that mapped with Salesforce.com field values. 5) Hosting of training sessions, both general and administrative, and ensuring that the client was completely comfortable with what was given to them at the end of a project.
