I am a nutritionist, food regulatory specialist, writer, jewellery maker, and (most importantly?) a parent.I work cooperatively and collaboratively, am highly organised (a former boss once described me as frighteningly efficient), have a strong work ethic, am a strong researcher, have outstanding drafting skills, and am an inspirational and dynamic presenter.Currently self-employed and loving it, I have worked in the creative industries and in high profile politically and commercially sensitive environments within central government and trade association. Now I work as food industry consultant, helping to ensure that products fulfil current UK food regulation. I also work with Clearcast as one of their nutrition experts, evaluating the regulatory compliance of food advertising for broadcast. I write for Kent Bylines, am a published author, and I run engaging and stimulating seminars for primary care practitioners on the importance of nutrition in supporting and maintaining health, and in preventing chronic degenerative disease.
