Responsible for driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction within multiple federal government agencies. Manage and maintain account relationships through senior/executive level engagements. Develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and demonstrate TCO, ROI, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective deployment. Engage with extended teams in responding to RFPs, product transition plans, and resource planning.
