• Developed Intel’s Lagos script in Python 2.7 to run debug testing to reproduce failures caught in field.o This script helped to save costs in engineering time by 90%.  Engineers would spend hours manually testing by running Python commands and manually logged their test results into a spreadsheet. The Lagos script automated this manual testing by parsing through a spreadsheet containing tests and failing cases and automatically rebooted the system on a test hangs to continue with testing. The script would also create a log of the test results making it a push button automation solution. • Develop script in Python 2.7 to streamline server and host configurations. o Script checks to ensure all utility versions installed on host are the correct version per qualification run. o Script will also check hard drive size, last successful boot, correct IFWI and uCode patch installed.• Developed in VBA (Visual Basic for applications) macros to format data to be presented in our morning sync meetings. This was a manually process that took an hour each morning down to 10 min process for a time reduction of 83%. • Platform setup included:o Imaging host PC’s with Windows, or Linux OS for platform testing.o Installed Processor and memory on the platforms to ensure a successful boot up.• Troubleshot platform issues due to incompatible BIOS or damaged PCB’s• Used schematics to troubleshoot failing platforms to restore functionality to the platform and reworked platform by remove and replacing components.

• Developed test programs in LabVIEW to verify functionality and specifications of product prior to assembly. Some of these tests programs include Frequency Flatness Test, P1dB Test, Temperature Monitoring Test, Noise Verification Test, and Error Vector Magnitude Test.• Created/Updated documentation for our prototype builds later used by RnD and/or manufacturing teams to replicate build. This includes layout of components, recommended RF Cabling, and DC wire harness.o Wire harness reduced assembly time from 40 hours of assembly time to 1 hour.• Created schematics in Mentor Graphics xDX Designer for interface boards used to replace terminal blocks in a production system. This allowed the system to be built at high volume while minimizing wiring errors.• Created PCB layout and routing for interface boards using Mentor Graphics PADS Layout and Routing.• Traveled to NXP customer’s site to perform system bring up and acceptance testing for buy off.• Created system cable drawings in VISIO later used by manufacturing in China to assemble automated test systems.
