• Directed APHCA’s MU assistance initiative, guiding 300+ community health center primary care providers to become meaningful users of Health Information Technology and qualify for over 5.4 million dollars in incentive.
• Provided advanced training and technical assistance to member health centers and health professionals regarding MU, data collection, aggregation and analysis, reporting, and quality improvement (QI) with respect to MU.
• Repaired a fractured relationship with a statewide collaborative partner to increase services for Alabama’s Community Health Centers and provide assistance to Alabama’s Medicaid providers regarding programmatic changes

• Major Accomplishments:
• Authored multiple comprehensive crosswalks detailing linkages between federal initiatives, national accreditation standards, and federal regulations to increase members’ understanding and promote health center compliance
• Constructed IT and PCMH policies and procedures to bring APHCA and Alabama health centers in to compliance with federal mandates and accreditation standards

• Researched and authored multiple policy briefs concerning changes in the health care landscape
• Coordinated five major educational meetings annually
