As a member of the web team, I help content managers and maintainers use the web tools our team designs to communicate effectively with end users.I work with designers, developers, project managers and systems analysts to figure out how editors use content management systems. I work with and train people who create and add content to county websites. I share best practices and create guidelines for organizing and publishing web content. I advocate for editors, end users and developers to help them all work together so visitors to our site can find what they need, employees are able to do their jobs, and products that we create in-house are useful and accessible.

Provide project management oversight and leadership development of youth involved in FIRST Robotics at Benson Polytechnic High School. Work with technical mentors to ensure students have the knowledge they need to design and build robots, while making sure the students are doing the work. Coordinate activities with students, teachers, mentors and parents. Provide students with support for school/club balancing act, encourage students seeking post-secondary education and jobs/job training. Lead organizer for annual BotFest, a day-long event with workshops and scrimmages for teams from around Oregon and Southwest Washington. Lead volunteer for student Outreach Team and Student Leadership team. Help students develop positive self esteem and create resumes that will help them with college and work.
