2017/18 sees me continue with Flatmates.com.au as an advisor after stepping down from my day to day management of the company. I will continue to provide strategical advice, experience and support to the team and management. We have some exciting projects planned for year so it going to be great to be part of the continued growth and success of the product.

After the acquisition of Flatmates.com.au by REA Group I'm continuing in my role as CEO driving the direction and innovation in the business. Flatmates.com.au remained as a independent business working with the exisiting team from our own offices. 2016-17 was a product focused year which saw a significant increase the quality of the user experience and features for our members along as the quality of the code basing for our development team including test coverage increasing from 50% to 80%. Under my management Flatmates.com.au year on year revenue increased 54% (3 times market growth) without increasing costs and increasing EBITDA by 251%. Market share increased from 59 to 69%.

Co-responsible for all project, marketing and acquisition activities on Australia's only student accommodation portal.CasaStudent.com was acquired by REA during the purchase of Flatmates.com.au but was shut down as the customers are being serviced by other product within the group.

Part of the senior management team to oversee business activities all 38 markets. This includes Affiliate Partnerships, PPC, SEO, other traffic sources, pricing, new markets, advertising and any other business activities. Heavily involved in decision making on both the mobile and web product.

Same as previous role with the addition of the Australia and NZ markets to the current UK responsibilities. Responsible for 2 of the largest 3 markets.

Marketing for the UK Site for EasyRoommate. Responsible for all aspects of the UK site including traffic generation through PPC, SEO and Affiliate Partnerships, user experience, content, conversion, pricing, and strategic partnerships.
