Research and develop real-time trading algorithms for execution of futures and equity products. My responsibilities include:▪ Leading a small team of quantitative developers in the research and architecture of improvements to the EMEA algorithms▪ Working with sales-traders to ensure the product experience matches with client expectations, and building new functionality and capabilities as requested▪ Meeting clients where they require an in-depth understanding of Goldman Sachs algorithms▪ Collaborating with the wider global team to harmonise the product across regions, whilst meeting the local regulatory and market micro-structure challenges▪ Working with the wider technology teams within Goldman to ensure proper connectivity, development practices, and testing for a stable product▪ Reacting to problems with the live platform, such as analysing and fixing algorithmic under-performance or design issues

Developed systematic investment strategies for commodity futures, covering both the research and implementation. Lead technologist for front and back office systems.
