When I was a teenager, I moved to the US from Norway. Speaking colloquial English was challenging at first, so I gravitated to science and math since they're not culture-dependent. Because of this, I was convinced engineering and computer science was the right path for me. I was decent at it, but realized very quickly, once I started my first job, that I was even better at building relationships and selling.I didn't happen overnight, but I gradually transitioned from technology to account management and sales, and eventually to also building and leading teams. I still love technology and thrive on learning how things work, but nothing excites me more than creating high-performing teams and winning deals.Here are 5 quick things about me and my work:1.
