As VP of Technical Services I am responsible for facilitating the entire service/maintenance division of the company.We respond to mechanical emergencies and dispatch the appropriate technical crew onsite to remedy the issue in a timely manner. We also design and plan mechanical jobs as needed to proactively reduce downtime and to keep equipment of all sizes running at the highest efficiencies. We maintain over 300 maintenance agreements with customers throughout New Jersey, updating and renewing them monthly. We develop training programs for both in-house staff and field technicians, while utilizing cutting edge technology to service our customer that continually exceeds expectations.

I take a leadership role at my company by facilitating inter-office operations. Work flow, processes, job functions, efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability are my key job responsibilities. I use technology to bring our company into the 21st century while utilizing classic techniques to operate the company smoothly.

I managed and coached the Men's Club Volleyball team at DePaul University. I coordinated practices, starting squads, and tournaments that the team attended. Worked in coordination with University policy to successfully compete in the conference tournament, and qualified for and competed in the national tournament in Dallas, TX.

Analyzed and consulted with telecom companies to develop industry reports, presented client with results pertaining to requested information, used technical skills to enhance database and server implementation to facilitate interoffice communication and effective time management.

I work in accordance with executives to balance financial statements, assist in drafting a Strategic Business Plan and Asset/Liability Risk Spread, and assist customers daily as a teller and customer service representative in the mortgage department.
