Assist in developing and delivering training programs and on-site technical assistance on managerial, financial, and operational issues for water and wastewater utilities and storm water programs, such as: asset management, water loss, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance and drought management.

• Managed team of 8 volunteer staff to implement a water infrastructure improvement project in Nicaragua.• Interpreted meetings, correspondence, and daily interactions between community and the team.• Coordinated efforts with local utilities in order to ensure timely completion of the project.

• Cataloged inventory of existing gas pump station infrastructure through extensive review of historic construction drawings and records including: face sheets, main pipe drawings, and strength test pressure reports. • Compiled spreadsheet database detailing component inventories of up to 4,000 components at each station. • Communicated technical discrepancies in historic records through meetings, emails summaries, and reports.

• Provided technical oversight of remediation efforts at leaking underground storage tank sites, and solvent spill sites in conformance to regional regulatory guidelines. • Reviewed consultant submittals including: Phase II Investigations, Corrective Action Plans, Requests for Closures, and Groundwater Monitoring Reports. • Utilized technical understanding geology, hydrology, and plume migration to comment and respond to consultant claims and inquiries.• Determined whether sites qualify for closure under the Low-Threat Closure Policy.

Authored Water Quality and Treatment Handbook, a training document explaining water treatment processes and types of contamination for non-technical Cantaro Azul staff.

Monitored field activities, construction site safety, and provided technical oversight for the construction of Pipeline #5, a pipeline that is designed to be San Francisco’s main water supply in the case of a large earthquake.

Taught students college math subjects. Subjects ranged from basic algebra to third semester calculus.
