GCS’ pulp products can be manufactured in a fire retardant form, enabling them to withstand fires and heat up to nearly 2,400 °F without losing form or its endearing characteristics. Tipping the scale even farther, GCS’ green technology causes no measurable air emissions nor does it produce any toxic waste discharges. Our pulp products have been proven to be non-cancerous by the International Agency for Research on Cancer and has been additionally proven to be non-toxic (TCLP Testing) by an EPA approved lab as well as the Société Générale de Surveillance. Each GCS’ mineral fiber manufacturing facility can process as much as 7 million tons of coal ash per factory (wet ash, dry ash, bottom ash and fly ash) into nine (9) different kinds of pulp. Furthermore and sure to be a true yard-stick for green innovations, GCS’ technology is able to prevent the release of greenhouse gases by capturing the gases (CO2, SO2, NOx, & Hg) and then converting them into synthetic natural gas, which is then used to power our manufacturing facilities.

Develop software using Excel VBA and SQL over Teradata with the judgemental underwriting team. The end goal being to reduce the response time between the credit application submission and a final decision by the Capital One agents.

Applied a combination of programming, Lean Six Sigma, and Marksmanship Instructor skills to improve and develop small arms training for the U.S. Marine Corps.Latest accomplishments include:-Developed the scoring system for the new Combat Pistol Program (CPP).-Developed the CPP training program for use on the Indoor Simulated Marksmanship Trainer (ISMT).-Developed a performance prediction algorithm for use in mobile applications to identify at risk trainees sooner.-Developed a new training process that achieved a 100% first attempt qualification rate (up from 90%) for rifle and pistol training over a 10 month period. The program also achieved a 20% increase in expert qualification.-Developing an Excel VBA application for management of Marine Corps marksmanship training for Marines in the National Capitol Region.
