As a Senior Service Designer with over 7 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about applying Human-Centered Design methodologies to create meaningful and impactful user experiences. My main focus lies in user research and advocacy for user needs, ensuring that their needs inform decision-making processes and drive positive outcomes for both users and businesses.Having had the privilege of working on projects across the globe, including North America, Central America, Latin America, Europe, and the UK, I have gained invaluable experience in diverse sectors such as the public sector, education, financial services, mass consumption, social media, pharma, building and construction, and electric vehicles. I have had the opportunity to lead and co-lead projects for renowned companies such as Bancolombia, BP, Coca-Cola Company, Facebook, Google, Lloyds, NHS, Roche, Santander, University Of Nottingham, and Visa, among others.I thrive in environments that value teamwork and collaboration, where I can leverage my hands-on approach to lead meaningful projects that solve real user needs.
