I have been really happy to be a part of International Study Programs' rapid growth in the past ten years, going from a small, regional educational tour operator, to a globally active company with a dynamic, international team of 70+ people with three offices worldwide.Over the past ten years I accumulated several roles at ISP and it gave me the opportunity to develop leadership skills as a member of the top management team. Among my major achievements I would mention the following:* founder of Finance department in the company* founder of Project management office in the company * author of the company 3y business plan* project lead on designing our new offices which made it to the top 15 office space in the Czech Republic in 2016* lead on various cross-company projects such as system implementation program (customized ISP e-shop; CRM Dynamics, Office 365, economic system Pohoda, PowerBI, mobile app for our clients), B-plan for setting ISP office in Shanghai, remuneration & appraisal system or the innovation corner.I am a passionate traveler and with ISP I got a chance to lead our programs in more than 10 different countries such as China, Vietnam, South Africa, Poland, Netherlands.

Member of the executive team responsible for company's finances, office management and IT. Have been leading company's philanthropy projects as well as projects: Staff Training and Development, Setting Office in Asia and New Business Development.
