My region consisted of the 7 branches: Brooklyn (regional office), Nelspruit, Witbank, Middelburg, Lephalale, Brits/Hartees, Rustenburg, Pretoria North, and Garfortien. All the branches consisted of the following departments: Admin, sales, technical, control room, Guarding, training centre, shooting range and reaction officer which were my responsibilities.• Assisted the Managing Director in the regions to implement the Company’s EHS Policy and Management System whereby I would get employee involved in EHS activities such as earth week, Mandela day, world aids day, etc.• Promoted and monitored legal compliance across the region and managed to reduce target set by Tyco international(ADT security) for 3 consecutive years, I managed to achieved it by joining international projects with Tyco employees worldwide in order to implement the best practice and familiarised myself with international standards from Asia, America, and Europe. The projects are also aimed to find the best corrective actions and common trends which share a similar root cause in order to implement a world-class prevention method.• I developed an interdepartmental communication whereby I would get employees from a different department to switch roles/duties. Attended all department induction training to familiarised myself with each roles and duties and dedicated one week a month to work a particular department and performed their duties. Implemented an initiative of Kevlar pants to be worn by reaction officer which was rolled out nationally to reduce dog bites injuries

Overseeing the planning, creation and implementation of the occupational health and safety program of the company and subcontractors.• Duties include administrative, supervisory and hands-on tasks, design a safety program consistent with OSHA requirements that sets up processes to reduce accidents and work-related injuries.• The program assigned safety responsibilities to various employees. I would analyse workforce accidents and injuries to determine where process changes, communication and training needs improvement.• Develop and manage reports for company management and also recommend and implement program changes where necessary. I completed my contract without an employee being injured on duty.

Calling the U.K market and offered them benefit, upgrade and a new service provider for the handset/landline.
