• Financial management of Dept. core admin and clinical funds overseeing budgeting, reporting, forecasting, variance analyses, internal controls, and financial transaction flows.• Data mine and analyze fiscal data for monthly reporting and variance analysis.• Provide financial modeling and reporting for $12M+ clinical practice programs.• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities (JE, AR/AP analytics, accrual, controls).• Fund management and monitor operating & capital expenses of admin, clinical and research accounts.• Review and approve expense transactions, enforce internal controls, provide ad-hoc analysis.

• Create and maintain all real estate appraisal and third-party vendor files• Create and maintain all real estate appraisal tracking computer databases, spreadsheets, scorecards and summary reports• Obtain bids for appraisals, order appraisals, and track appraisal process• Coordinate requests from loan departments and third-party vendors• Process invoices for payment to vendors and suppliers• Check, sort, and distribute mail directed to the Appraisal Department• Communicate with bank customers, appraisers, loan officers, and asset managers

• Perform daily and quarterly reconciliation of institutional investors’ cash flows and unfunded cash balances through in-depth Excel spreadsheets• Reviewed fund financial statements, cash flow authorization/reconciliation, and management fee analysis • Supported ad hoc requests for the Research & Risk Management department including bank reconciliation, client presentation data, and internal data cleanup
