Senior Corporate Recruiter
Senior Corporate Recruiter responsible for full cycle recruiting of exempt and non-exempt positions. Worked in office and remote from home. Primary recruiter for US Sales, Clinical, Endotek, Marketing, Engineering, Research & Development, Sensors, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Strategic Accounts, Payroll, Accounting, Finance and Manufacturing Operations.• Lead recruiter assigned to support, train and guide current recruiting team. • Source and track resumes using company Applicant Tracking System (formerly ADP – Resource Management (RM) and now Workday) while utilizing company website, Indeed, LinkedIn, MedReps, Department of Workforce Services, College Career sites and other applicable job boards.• Schedule and conduct phone interviews, Teams Meeting interviews, HireVue interviews, and in person interviews.• Collaborate with management teams and compensation manager on hiring decisions and offer details.• Extend offers and complete full onboarding process (request background, drug, vision, and onboarding paperwork) to successfully hire in a timely manner.• Support Sales, Clinicals and Marketing teams with vendor credentialing and documentation.• Assist Chief HR Officer, HR Director and HR team with projects.• Assist Legal with various Visa requests related to new hires and employees to provide necessary documentation required for employment within the US.• Recruiting Lead for conversion to new ATS system – Workday.• Support Recruiting Team and employees on new Workday training and implementation.• Assist team and employees with general questions and training on various recruiting processes.
