ProducerFlashback Productions Jan 2005 - Jul 2016Flashback Productions is an all-volunteer organization that is based at the Disneyland Resort. The organization is supported by the Disneyland Resort through financial assistance and support from the various lines of business across the Resort. Flashback Productions puts on an annual show made up of 200 to 300 Cast Members from across the Resort who volunteer their time to help create a 2 night show at the Hyperion Theatre in late February/early March. The proceeds generated from the show help to benefit one or two children's charities located in Orange County. To date Flashback has raised over $200k and recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. My team consisted of two Services Managers and an Assistant and we produced and managed as a team over 300 Sales events and programs a year. I created the Sales & Services team for the Disneyland Resort in 1998 as the first ever dedicated team in servicing all park related group Sales events. Under my leadership we averaged a return rate of business of more than 75% in group events and consistantly had positive feedback from more 92% of all Sales clients who went through our area. In addition to managing the Services team I was responsible for creating all of the new Sales programs for the west coast Disney Parks including Adventures in Dining, The Happiest Picnics on Earth, and After Dark in the Park programs to name a few.
