Some past work included executing promotions for CHOC Walk at Disneyland Resort that included a TV shoot with KTLA CW5 for promo spots supporting the walk. In addition, executed promotions in support of the world famous Winchester Mystery House in San Jose. Coming off a very successful first-year Tournament of Roses Sip & Savor event, our team is now aggressively working to build up this new extension of Artistic Entertainment Services Creative or AES with the all-new AES Event Group. Backed by a multi-million dollar company that has been in the scenic fabrication business for over 20 years, AES has a team of experts from scenic fabricators to designers to a full-fledge print shop and now a team of event professionals that can handle any size event from "soup-to-nuts" as a one-stop shop with AES Event Group. Lead a team of producers, event specialists, graphic designers, technical audio, lighting and staging, culinary and production experts, VIP management, and any other element required to bring an event to life.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Responsible for leading a team of 60 made up of a manager, assistant manager, supervisor, leads and dedicated tour guides and ticket sellers and cashiers. The Queen Mary today offers numerous daytime and evening tours, as well as a number of museum quality exhibits. Building upon a great foundation set by the previous director, it is now my task to continue to further enhance the Queen Mary experience for our guests by finding new and exciting ways to entertain, inspire and enrich the more than one million guests who grace the legendary ocean liner each year.

Long Beach

The Queen Mary produces ten to thirteen signature events each year that take place on or next to the legendary ship. The role of Events Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all areas of marketing the events through creating Marketing strategy plans, working closely with the graphic art designer on creating the look and feel for the campaign behind each event, placing media buys on TV, radio, print, outdoor and digital platforms, creating and overseeing the budget for the marketing efforts and reviewing and approving all creative assets for each event. In this role the relationship between the Special Events team and the Marketing team is vital in creating a successful environment in everyone being focused on achieving the same end goal of success in delivering driven results. For 2017 the events include, ScotsFestival, Valentine's Day Dinner, FantaSea, West Coast BBQ Classic, 40th of July, Shipkicker, Art Deco Festival, Wet Concert, Dark Harbor and CHILL.

Disneyland Resort

Responsible for the four major California markets and New York City in working with all General Market radio, TV and select print media partners in providing promotional support for the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line and Aulani Resort. In addition, I manage a number of on-property media events in support of our promotional media partners who in turn are helping to promote any one of our particular initiatives for the Disneyland Resort. Each year I execute between 200 and 300 promotions and an estimated 55-65 radio remote broadcasts and negotiate and shoot more than 15 TV programs or segments for key TV partners for the various Disney Domestic properties.

Was responsible for producing several small to large scale events for the Walt Disney Company including the 50th Anniversary of the Disneyland Resort, the first Thanksgiving Turkey event with the pardoned turkeys from Washington D.C. to the Disneyland Resort and the grand opening of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort with specifically handling the vice president of China's visit for the grand opening ceremonies and an official tour and presentation by Michael Eisner and Bob Iger. In all I have produced and managed over 400 events from Sales events to company initiated events (many of which were press driven events).

Flashback Productions is an all-volunteer organization that is based at the Disneyland Resort. The organization is supported by the Disneyland Resort through financial assistance and support from the various lines of business across the Resort. Flashback Productions puts on an annual show made up of 200 to 300 Cast Members from across the Resort who volunteer their time to help create a 2 night show at the Hyperion Theatre in late February/early March. The proceeds generated from the show help to benefit one or two children's charities located in Orange County. To date Flashback has raised over $200k and recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. My role as Producer of Flashback Productions is to manage the entire production and process from the event logistical side to the actual show that is presented on stage.www.flashbackproductions.com

My primary responsibility was to manage various components of the event logistics, as well as oversee the Invited Guest/Artist management for the multiple Harvest Crusade events around the country. In addition, I assisted with Donor Development for the Anaheim and Winston-Salem Harvest Crusade.

Was responsible for managing a team of Services Managers who handled all group Sales events that took place within the Disney Parks in Anaheim. My team consisted of two Services Managers and an Assistant and we produced and managed as a team over 300 Sales events and programs a year. I created the Sales & Services team for the Disneyland Resort in 1998 as the first ever dedicated team in servicing all park related group Sales events. Under my leadership we averaged a return rate of business of more than 75% in group events and consistantly had positive feedback from more 92% of all Sales clients who went through our area. In addition to managing the Services team I was responsible for creating all of the new Sales programs for the west coast Disney Parks including Adventures in Dining, The Happiest Picnics on Earth, and After Dark in the Park programs to name a few.
