I'm a born-again Christian yet a cannabis advocate, I am a believer in Servant Leadership and an intrapreneur/extrapreneur Digital Nomad who just happens to think that this Digital Nomad thing is to the 21st Century what labor unions were to the 20th Century.I come from a generation with little tolerance for disingenuousness. I believe that if the Supreme Court says that Corporations are people, then we should start to acknowledge that they, too, have some mental health issues that need to be worked on. Finally, I am at a point in my life where I can no longer afford to focus on what I CAN do. It's time to start focusing on what I SHOULD do.What is that "should"? Well, our work should be fulfilling. It should help people. It should allow us to make a living without compromising our morals. It should allow us to leverage our unique strengths and talents, instead of shoehorning us into a role that is convenient and expedient for the company. Lastly, the company should be willing to attack it's behavioral disorders at the highest levels, for the benefit of ALL stakeholders.I see myself as your undercover boss. In reality, what boss would expect to be able to go around asking employees to criticize the company and leadership team and get HONEST feedback? And anonymous surveys? No one, up or down, trusts them. The workplace and its rules are changing. Isn't it time you took an unconventional approach to running your business? In a day and age where running your business sadly means your business is running you, it's time to step outside the mainstream and conventional thinking.
