National sales and program development for the FAST software platform. Oversaw the recruitment, training, and management of a 15-member sales and support team. We were connected with more than 2,500 critical decisionmakers for our partnership program promoting our FAST and TUITION+ brands. Responsible for creating staff training for numerous departments on sales techniques, computer systems, customer retention, new business development for affinity credit card programs, and mortgages, life, health, and investment products. I recruited and trained many sales team members, promoting various services while increasing revenue and profitability. I built numerous employee incentive programs and oversaw many different sales contests. I assisted in the community service work of the MBNA America Foundation.

As a Senior Pastor, I served three congregations in Delaware. I prepared and presented studies and messages, created mission-specific and value-based presentations, and developed community outreach and support programs. Additionally, I served as an associate Pastor for Children, Youth, Music, and Education programs for four congregations in PA and DE. In this role, I oversaw the development and implementing numerous activities and programs for ages five through college. I also produced TV and Radio programs, developed numerous fundraising programs, and taught thousands of messages over 20 years.I volunteered as a crisis, trauma, and psychological first aid specialist, responding to over one hundred incidents over a 20-year period. My role involved providing critical incident stress management, spontaneous volunteer recruitment, and long-term follow-up programs for support and recovery. I worked closely with FEMA, DEMA, the Homeland Security Department, and various local and state programs.Over the past 20 years, I have volunteered as a chaplain for various sports events and organizations. I served as the chaplain for the Wilmington Blue Rocks minor league baseball team and provided services for the 1994 World Cup Soccer, 1996 Summer Olympics, and 1998 X Games. Additionally, I conducted chapel services for high schools, colleges, NASCAR races, and thoroughbred racing for 6 years, serving at Oaklawn Park in Arkansas and Delaware Park in Delaware.
