Brewcycle is a two and a quarter hour long pubcrawl which stands out by having their guests pedal a fifteen-seater bike to each of three bars along the way. As a guide and driver, I:• Achieved lead guide through mastery of local knowledge, adaptability, recommendations and repeat customers.• Lead and directed teams of various levels of intoxication, reaching each destination in a timely manner while ensuring safety and providing a memorable experience for all.• Trained other guides for the job, encouraging them to create their own style while maintaining the company image.• Energized each ride with a lively presentation, introducing myself, how the bike works, and the rules of the pubcrawl.

Packer: - Organized, assembled and packaged food from kitchen for delivery. - Stocked various utensils, boxes, bags and ramicans.- Coordinated with chefs to ensure meals included all sides and dressings.- Aided with various other responsibilities such as food running.Cash: - Handled cash and card transactions.- Managed individual and 3rd party orders.- Input customer orders in person and over the phone.- Cordinated with packers to ensure prompt delivery time. - Reviewed and distributed orders for pickup.- Managed customer satisfaction in the event of a backup.

• Checked guests in/ out, booked reservations over the phone and online, provided customer service, managed bookings and cancellations.• Worked night shift, which included staying overnight, checking in late reservations, managing noise levels of guests, and helping with various requests.
