Oversight for the financial development and admissions of Grace Community School.

Grace Community School assists Christian parents in educating, equipping, and encouraging their children to influence the world for Christ. I am responsible for the development and fund raising of the annual fund in support of this mission.

• Orchestrated school merger - Summit Baptist Academy (K4 – grade 6) & The Baptist High School (grades 7 – 12)• Facility Management - Developed and implemented school-wide crisis response plan - Identified and coordinated significant project upgrades and installations• Creative Resource Developments - Coordinated computer donation program with Federal Social Security Administration - Developed relationships with local school district officials for Title I funds - Streamlined annual fundraising• School Governance - Implemented Policy Governance© Model - Co-developed governance policy manual• Faculty - Created and implemented school-wide faculty evaluation program - Designed hiring process documentation - Coordinated STAR (Steps Toward Achieving Recognition) program• Student Life - Advised Student Council - Developed student mentorship program• Communication - Directed cohesive printed marketing materials including brochures, handbooks and forms - Implemented school information management system – Renweb• Technology Integration - Obtained funding and installation of SMART boards for every classroom - Provided SMART certified training for faculty and staff - Established school status as a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher - Integrated computer electives
