Created solutions that helped save countless hours of manual work that was previously handled by developers and content editors. Developed a script that updates the course catalog for the General Education Program website to replace a manual process that had been in place for a number of years. Developed a script that keeps descriptions for University of Missouri majors in sync with their descriptions from the University catalog. Created a series of custom WordPress themes that place an emphasis on user preference and user data usage. Sites using these themes are among the few at the University of Missouri with automatic light and dark themes. These themes by default enabled lazy loading for images and iframes to only load images and iframes that come into view. This strategy saves on user data because images and iframes that do not come into view are not loaded onto the page.

Developed and maintained a video website for AdKarma's in-house content team. Developed scripts to process videos and metadata to generate a nightly mRSS feed. Developed form to submit tech issues in Jira for AdKarma's tech team. This process replaced the manual process of creating tickets in Jira and set a standard for minimum information required for an issue submission so that technical specialists could work more quickly on the issue. Mentored a team of three technical specialists.
