My Primary Objective:To secure specific education and experience that, combined with my years of dedicated service as an employee and volunteer, my work record and reputation, and my desire to invest myself more fully in the organization and its future success, would make me competitive for a position that would better take advantage of my abilities, aptitudes, strengths, and passion for continuous learning, growth, and self-investment.Who I Am:I place myself in the middle of a crowd, even when I want to be alone. I literally draw energy and inspiration from it. I'm an interesting mix of Introvert and Extravert: completely comfortable alone, yet right at home in the midst of humanity.I'm a thinker/doer who is constantly sorting through, distilling, and clarifying thoughts and concepts.I am evenly split between the creative-artistic and the technical-analytical sides of things. A maddening mix until mastered in terms of being able to apply either or both as and when required.I most often see in terms of “big pictures,” then break them down to their smallest elements by examining relationships and connections. My vivid and highly developed imagination picks out patterns and associations that give me a level of understanding that lets me head back in the other direction to trouble-shoot problems, put together sound approaches to attain objectives, or move an existing situation forward toward an envisioned distant goal.I possess a unique ability to literally see everything from an unbiased point of view, to take myself out of every situation or set of circumstances and examine it from the sidelines in an emotionally “sterile" manner.I can manage my life in an orderly way, live in a structured and organized manner, stick to plans and schedules, but I can also cast away those limiting chains on demand, relax, and let my mind do what it does best: imagine, envision, grasp patterns, recognize connections and relationships, and “trust” inspiration.
