• Drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, including partnership agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, services agreements, leases and licenses;
• Share and asset purchase agreement deal structuring, negotiating and drafting experience in a wide range of industries including mining equipment manufacturing, maritime shipping and towage, commercial ferry operation.
• Lead lawyer on a $73 million dollar acquisition of a mining equipment manufacturer;
