Recruited as one of six key insurance executive to play a key role in providing strategies and senior management leadership for the financial and operational aspects of a highly respected and successful 50-state, $2B property/casualty insurance liquidation; in what Congressional investigators termed “The Titanic of Insurance Insolvencies.► Fraud Investigation/Asset Recovery ● Identified suspicious financial transactions booked by prior management of Transit in their regulatory filings prior to insolvency which became the center-piece of the Directors and Officers litigation brought by the Special Deputy Receiver and resulted in a $16MM recovery.● Led the litigation effort on behalf of Plaintiffs bringing suit against BFMIC and others which became the largest single piece of litigation in the history of the British Commonwealth. Recovered over $25MM to the BFMIC estate, as well as a common stock interest in the surviving entity (BF&M).► Operational Effectiveness/Business Process Improvement ● Developed business strategies to maximize the recovery of reinsurance assets in excess of $1.2B.
