Daily monitoring/documentation of subcontractor progress and resources, safety protocol, erosion control, quality control, RFI's, submittals, and drawings, while assisting with other responsibilities expected of a General Contractor Superintendent.

On-site assistance in coordinating, monitoring, and inspecting work-in-place of multiple schedule-driven projects across campus at UA, focusing on aspects such as; quality control, schedule compliance, code compliance, safety protocol, and daily resource availability in contrast to project progression. Involvement in projects such as the renovation of HM Comer Hall (complete renovation using existing concrete structural framing), the renovation of Frank Moody Music Building (exterior makeover and HVAC improvements), and the construction of New Freshmen Hall (five story residence hall with double occupancy rooms and private bathrooms, housing 496 residents both men and women).

Delivery of commercial auto parts throughout the Tuscaloosa and Northport area. Unloading and stocking of incoming merchandise. Maintenance of company vehicles by daily monitoring of fluid levels, tire wear, lighting, and electrical components. Oil changes, battery replacements, tire plugging, rotor rotating, testing of vehicle electrical systems (starter, alternator, and battery), belt replacements, and other mechanical task performed as needed. Operation of company inventory system for customer assistance and stocking as needed as well.
