Records Management Coordinator
Current•Team lead and subject matter expert for implementation of Collabspace electronic records and document management system•Refine the District's LGMA-based records classification and retention schedule to incorporate electronic records retention using Collabspace•Coordinate migration of legacy data and information onto SharePoint Online and create information management solutions for teams and individuals•Research and create policies and procedures for organization-wide information governance, email retention, vital records scanning, and electronic signatures•Daily records management of physical and electronic records throughout the information lifecycle, including classification, inventory and appraisal• Deliver Records and Information Management training to groups and individuals and provide instruction on best practices and information management within SharePoint
