I am a highly competitive person who never wants to lose. I will go above and beyond to be sure that my team is successful, because my team’s performance is a direct reflection of myself.My favorite part about leading a team is getting to connect with each and every one of the team members. I strive to find out what motivates each individual and consistently use that motivation to unlock their full potential. Seeing the joy on someone’s face when they realize that they are capable of doing things they thought were impossible is what I live for. When not working on ideas for continual improvement, I enjoy getting the family together and getting to spend the day outside. Whether we are taking the kids to the park, having a cookout with friends, or getting a chance to practice flying my drone.
