- Led 2022 Strategic Plan communications garnering majority approval by equity partners.- Revamped quarterly town halls with new processes to provide high-touch engagement to nearly 800 staff members and bring together seven offices.- Created videos and infographics for internal content campaigns and executive communications to help improve cross-practice awareness.

Led the development and execution of communication strategies across the global Security business including 9,400 employees in 15 countries. Provided strategic counsel to the C-suite and lead significant transformation and communication strategies for acquisition projects.

Provided strategic communication counsel to executive leadership, and owned key change management efforts, development and implementation for a global team including 1,500 diabetes care employees.Led culture building efforts in a couple capacities -- one, through the engagement of Alternative Workplace Strategies. This year long effort converted physical space, technology and processes to better meet the new working needs of our global workforce. Also, responsible for promotion and communication of the newly formed business resource group, the African American BRG. Bringing people together through inclusion while still focusing on our unique and diverse contributions.
