My professional mission is empowering Health & Wellness. Equipped with holistic and proven tools across the foundational pillars of Nutrition, Exercise, Mental Health, Sleep, Relationships, and Direction, I believe that everyone can be proactively empowered to flourish in their daily lives.Since 2017, I spend my professional time on TSD Ventures, where I strive to make Health & Wellness practical, potent, poignant, and personalized. From 2016 to 2017, I created the Strategy function for Canary Health, a provider of digital behavior change programs that prevent and manage chronic disease. I focused on projects in managerial finance, partnerships, business operations, acquisitions, fundraising, and B2C marketing.From 2014 to 2016, I earned my MBA from Wharton, focusing on Entrepreneurial Management. At school, I created Wharton Mindfulness and Wharton Market. In my MBA summer internship, I worked at Headspace, a leading mindfulness company. I led cross-functional growth projects related to corporate strategy, operational improvement, partnerships, marketing optimization, and data-driven reporting.From 2012 to 2014, I was an associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners, a leading middle-market private equity firm. At Charlesbank, I led business and industry due diligence to evaluate deals across myriad industries. I partnered with a portfolio management team in logistics to create strategic plans, secure financing for our strategies, and grow the business.From 2009 to 2012, I was a senior associate consultant at Bain & Company, working out of the Chicago and Melbourne offices. I worked on corporate strategy projects including strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, pricing, and customer retention and success.Prior to Bain, I graduated summa cum laude with my BSBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School, majoring in economics, strategy, and finance.
