As a member of the founding team of the Open Practice Library, I played an instrumental role in co-creating this innovative knowledge-sharing platform, designed to empower teams and individuals to adopt, share, and iterate on proven practices for digital transformation, measuring outcomes, and collaborative work. My contributions from March 2018 to March 2021 involved leading the team that reached scale and product market fit of the OPL whilst curating, refining, and structuring practices that are now widely used by organizations globally to drive innovation and operational efficiency. In my continued role as a Moderator, I facilitate discussions within the community, ensure the content remains current and valuable, and engage with contributors to keep the library relevant for practitioners across industries.
