Software engineer who is enthusiastic about learning new technologies, solving new problems, and helping those around me grow with .NET software engineering experience.I have always been fascinated with the sciences and understanding how things in our world work. Computers, as the complex machines they are, were one of the most interesting things to focus my curiosity on. Initially, as a child, my attention was focused on how they brought me entertainment in the form of video games. As a result, I attempted to learn how to develop video games, which led me to programming. As my interest in video game development waned as an adolescent, I found a new interest in understanding how computers worked and how I could reprogram them to do whatever I can express as code. Meanwhile, my older sibling was studying computer science and engineering at the University of Toledo and helped introduce me to some of the things that this field I was interested in involved. Needless to say, this reinforced my interest. I followed in their footsteps and enrolled at the University of Toledo, where I learned a great many things about how computers work, such as how the hardware meets software and the various practices that a software engineer employs to help with problem-solving. I made the most out of my time at the University of Toledo soaking up as much knowledge in my field as I could, culminating in a nearly perfect academic record from my hard work and lots of interesting projects where I was able to learn a lot, especially when they were challenging projects. This was coupled with real experience in a software engineering position at Enerco Group Inc. using .NET, SQL, WPF, and Blazor, which I am now carrying with me into my career.Today, I am a software engineer at DLR Group working with .NET, Blazor, SQL, and Azure to develop applications to assist with enterprise functions and architecture. I am looking forward to growing professionally and tackling interesting projects in this role.
