Sales Data Analyst
CurrentAs a member of the Data Analytics and Reporting Team (DART) I manage, track, process and report on wholesaler Sales Tracings and Chargebacks. This includes finding answers to questions and fixing issues raised by sales managers, finance, contracts and other teams as well as preforming custom research to answer broader questions and uncover root cause of issues seen as changes in sales by area, type, distributor, territory, etc. As a creator of semi-automated processes, my efforts provide times savings, reductions in effort, increases in accuracy, and provides avenues to streamline answering and illustrating answers to questions posed by finance and the sales organization. · Created semi-automated quality control reports updateable via cube queries, IMA, for current stats which includes day to day difference comparisons, completions, averages, etc. The reports make use of statistical summaries generated from source data to track progression towards closing each wholesaler’s sales for the month, and aids in spotting anomalies such as duplicate and missing data.· Created tracking summary reports that provide 3d visual views of data flows into the Model-N system allowing for visual illustrations of wholesalers adjusting their sales in prior, closed, process periods.· Created semi-automated tools for translation of and correction of sales data received from wholesalers via spreadsheet to ensure correct data formats, with corrections to item codes, UOMs, addresses, etc., and flag other errors requiring attention prior to upload thus resulting in a near 100% error free result.· Created automated tools for address adjudication that graded and proposed correct transaction addresses greatly reducing time and stress of matching large quantities of customer/addresses to correct IDs.
