Soms betekent dat de aanschaf van een nieuw apparaat met het bijbehorende overzetten van gegevens. Vaak betekent het ook het repareren, updaten of upgraden van nog goede Apple apparaten. Een andere keer is het advies om allerlei veel voorkomende gebruikersproblemen op te lossen. Iets loopt vast, is vol, werkt niet meer (snel), is niet meer veilig. Dit gebeurt altijd in een vertrouwde en persoonlijke omgeving waar er tijd wordt gemaakt en voorzichtig wordt omgegaan met privacy gevoelige informatie en apparaten. Denk aan het goed overzetten van fotobibliotheken, het gebruik van wachtwoorden, het ontvlechten van Apple-ID's, het maken van goede bruikbare backups. Of zelfs de gehele inhoud(data) van een oude iMac/MacBook/iPhone op de juiste manier overzetten op een nieuw apparaat. Soms blijft het bij advies alleen of is er uitgebreid aandacht voor het Audio gedeelte, met prachtige merken als Vivid, Arcam, Ruark en Grimm

Achievements: Building a new Dutch chocolate brand from scratch. It all started by asking consumers about chocolate. Based on these insights my co-founder and I have developed the first chocolate bar in the world consisting of rounds in stead of squares. And this bar is not meant for sharing: it is yours only! Too delicious to share. So, the name Hands Off My Chocolate was created. These bars are made of very high quality Belgian chocolate varieties, available in most supermarkets in the Netherlands since 2013. We probably had one of the biggest introductions in Albert Heijn historie. As a new brand, without a pilot phase, we launched in 900 stores with 3 - 5 varieties at once. Unprecedented! Getting in was already an achievement. Staying in is even harder. So, yes, very proud that Hands Off My Chocolate is here to stay for a long time, with a healthy growth index each year and many innovations. Also expanding rapidly in export. Recently (January 2021) relaunched the packaging and introduced the best vegan chocolate bars available according to blind tasting panels. Our packaging has won several design prizes in the mean time.

Mission: Forest preservation (Tanzania has an incredible rate of deforestation, due to burning down trees for charcoal e.g.) by enabling locals to set up a bee-keeping business. In this way the main income shifts from charcoal to organic forest honey (and related products (wax, pollen etc) revenue. Jasmine Bee bought the honey and other products at fair prices and sold it as a branded sustainable and organic product in Europe. Jasmin Bee was also involved in an ambitious elephant fencing project around Mount Kilimanjaro for both the protection of elephants and village people and crops.
