Responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of the organization's computer-related activities.Primary Responsibilities► Develop appropriate IT related solutions that help accomplish the organization's strategic objectives.► Support the organization’s objectives by planning, coordinating, and overseeing all IT related activities.► Coordinate all IT management activities. These include: installation, troubleshooting, backup, maintenance, monitoring system infrastructure and activity, review error and event logs, perform system updates, creation of documentation infrastructure planning, support, training, development and design, risk management and assessment, as well as security awareness and prevention.► Maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all IT related services including enhancing the organization’s service quality through direct research, planning, and the initiation of corrective actions.► Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures based on studying the organization’s goals, strategies, and practices. This is accomplished by assessing trends, identifying any potential problems, and anticipating requirements.► Serve as the organization's expert on information technology subject matters and provide input to other management staff.► Verify the organization’s information technology related outcomes by conducting and implementing system audits.► Coordinate resources and timetables in regard to information technology projects.► Manage IT support staff in order to provide and maintain the organization’s infrastructure.► Plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s security standards, procedures, and guidelines in order to ensure protection and compliance.► Formulate the organization’s disaster recovery strategy and ensure that strategy is maintained.► Develop requirements, reports, outlines, budgets, and schedules related to information technology projects.
