Key responsibilities:- Receive requests for service from End User over the phone, via email and categorize request, handle or assign request to correct team.- Receive incident report from end user, recognize and analyze incident's impact and set priority following ITSM standard and assign ticket to related IT team. Co-working with related IT teams to find solution to resolve high impact incident.- Level 2 support end user, receive and handle escalated ticket from IT Helpdesk.- Take care EXCO members and VVIP, VIP user.- Handle new employee's onboarding process.- Monthly report about: user's satisfaction, team's performance.- Manage all tickets of user in Head Office and 4 factories by Service Now.

Key responsibilities:- Support about 400 users of Eximbank's Head Office.- Prepare PC, Laptop to new staff, install windows, softwares, printer and other businesssoftware.- Prepare, monitor online conference (Cisco Webex, Sony Conference system).- Identify, diagnose, and resolve the level one issues in Desktop/Laptop devices.- Resolve issues like LAN, WiFi, network access, mails-O365, internet, dial-ins, etc.- Keep asset management, Coordinate with the third party vendors for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty.
