My primary responsibilities involve ensuring the everyday functionality of systems like Business Central and Navision while also resolving user issues. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as implementing a Business Central for a major pharmacy and POS systems for two major retailers in Iceland.One of my most significant accomplishments was serving as an IT consultant for the Icelandic Red Cross in South Sudan. This experience allowed me to apply my skills and knowledge in a challenging environment and make a positive impact.Aside from my technical skills, I am fluent in four languages, including Icelandic, Spanish, English, and Dutch, and have a strong understanding of several others.
