About Tom Leon-Grimes

My role at Tara and Co is to oversee operational performance, strategy and change across our lettings, tenancy and property management teams and to drive standards of our property portfolio. I am proud to have been previously awarded as the winner of the Housing’s Next Generation Competition in 2022, which was run by the Housing Quality Network, to provide future leaders with the opportunity to develop and showcase innovative ideas and thought leadership. As a qualified Prince2, AgilePM and Housing Management Practitioner, my background also consists of roles within operational and strategic leadership, lettings, service development, assistive technology, independent living, damp and mould, complaints, supported housing, project management, business improvement, data analysis and front-line housing management.All views are my own.
