The ethos of our work is driven by two questions: how do we reduce sickle cell briths and how do we support those living with the disease? In attempt to answer these questions, I am:- Supporting over 140 sickle cell affected families and counting- Cumulatively raised over $75,000 - Partnered with airlines, clinics, hospitals, sister NGOs, corporates. - Maintain patient database, keeping track of trends and progress of patient health records contributing to our broader understanding of the disease

Appointed by the College President, where I serve to provide counsel and advice to the St. Olaf College President, Vice President for Mission, and Director of the Center concerning the Centre's mission, vision, strategic plan, partnerships, and impact.

Fastest growing healthcare network on the continent. I work directly with, and advise the management team on optimising and expanding the network to achieve maximum impact. So far, I have partnered with world class laboratories to create opportunities for healthcare researchers.

▪ Used the Frost & Reich access framework to conduct a systematic analysis of barriers and enablers to scaling gene therapies across Africa.▪ Interviewed over 40 key informants including drug developers, health workers, gene therapy manufacturing specialists, philanthropists, investors etc. to build a delivery model.

Delegates from 190+ countries are counselled by influential political, business and humanitarian leaders such as President Mary Robinson, Dr Jane Goodall, Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, and Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, amongst many other global figures. ​

I joined when the company was raising $60 million in Series B round and rebranding from Africa Health Holdings to CarePoint and learned a lot from: - Preparing the CEOs slide deck for all meetings- Sitting in on investor calls and learning financial mechanisms of health care in Africa- Acquiring hospitals and heavy medical equipments like MRI scanners- Researching the best location for their annual retreat and sorting logistics and finances for its 40 employees across 5 countries-- fun!

-Chaired the board of trustees's Annual General Meeting. -Insulated the government from budget cuts -Advocated for more inclusion of North African literature -Worked with administration to redesign orientation to ease transition for incoming class.-Organised bonding activities for year groups such as the #Konka getaway.-Renovated payment systems for laundry dryers

Designed Concepts Notes, Partnership letters and frameworks for extending the network infrastructures for Médicins Sans Frontières and Sickle Cell Cameroon in order to improve Sickle Cell patient care.
