I helped spearhead the company's restructured Business Intelligence department, which includes handling all the company Data processes. I established procedures for self-serviced data across departments, restructured the Data Modeling process using Kimball Dimensional Modeling Techniques and constructed the Data Wiki for a universal data awareness and data-driven organization.

I loved the company, so when it calls for help, I signed up the effort. Took the time to swallow every fundraising and investor relations-related books I could find in 2 weeks, every night. My duty includes making reports, preparing slides, answering calls, joining meetings and fundraising for investors from Singapore, China, Japan, Korea and the United States. I worked directly with the CEO and travelled across the country and to Singapore to meet and discuss with investors.

As the company grew bigger, my duty changed from growth hacking to managing a big team. I put my best effort into ensuring work gets done as lean as possible. I crafted and executed strategies and marketing plans, went to nearly every Northern province to acquire truckers and shippers, telesales shippers, run ads, manage billions of budgets attend every company strategic Lead-athon meetings with other top leaders.

Closely worked with the Engineering team to employ intensive data-driven growth hacking strategies to acquire from a few hundred to over 13500 shippers and 26000 truckers with minimum cost. Also, proud to build the team from 0 to 12 productive and strong-willed growth hackers: we worked together as a family and shared the fruits of healthy company growth together.

As part of the 5-member founding team, I joined LOGIVAN as an Engineering Lead. I spearheaded the backend that powered LOGIVAN Shipper, Driver, and Admin apps, using Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and React Native. My role encompasses hiring, database design, and key product decision-making.
