CSC contributes over $1 billion in revenue to Countrywide annually.The broker dealers trading and analytic needs required highly available real-time systemsconsuming, processing and publishing data for the purposes of electronic trade capture,position management, risk management and scenario analysis.♦ Managed all front office I.T. initiatives as they pertained to trading, sales, operations,credit and accounting.♦ Managed the CSC technology integration effort for several successful acquisitions. Thisinvolved directing both short-term (day 1) and longer-term (day 1 + n) infrastructure andsoftware needs.♦ Managed the conversion of an outsourced trading/position system to an internal solutionfrom inception, through execution and support. This conversion impacted over 1000users. The technology budget for this effort was two million dollars and deployment wasscheduled to take place in multiple phases over 36 months. The project was completedwithin both the scheduling and budgetary constraints.♦ Directed the technology effort in support of CSCs primary dealer initiative. A FEDprimary dealer is responsible for executing U.S. monetary policy. The technologybudget was 15 million dollars and was scheduled to be deployed in multiple phases over18 months. All phases were completed under budget and according to schedule.

♦ Designed, programmed, deployed and supported an integrated laboratory informationsystem. This system allowed lab personnel to track patient sample from receipt throughtesting and reporting.♦ Interfaced the lab system with the testing equipment to increase the efficiency andreduce the errors in the testing process.
