I served as a member on the Audit Team for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, as well as being the lead quality manager for all inbound and outbound material. Job details are: processing 8D reports, create and maintain quality reports/records, champion layered audits, monitor trend analysis and create, setup & monitor all work instructions for the production floor. This company and job ended when Covid hit in 2020.January 2016 to April 2019 , XPO Logistics on the General Motors Contract. I was the Field Operations Manager in charge of returned product from all dealers back to GM business partners in Michigan. Responsible for creating work instructions, training operators, and tracking all of GM's requirements for daily scanning and shipping. Also, communicating with dealers for missing credits and tracking for research trends and analysis. However, my job went away with the annual GM budget cuts.Before XPO Logistics, I worked with Parker Hannifin, Parker decided to close the Finite Division in Michigan and relocate to a Division in Massachusetts. I started at Parker in 1998 as a machine operator. Work my way through all the departments and eventually ended as Quality Assurance Specialist. In Quality, I did Incoming inspection, process inspection & final inspection, also processed Non Conforming Materials reports, setup calibration for all equipment.
