Customer Service Associate
Current• Answer incoming orders from customers via email, phone or voicemail and clearly notate the ordersin the system.• Enter customer orders into the system.• Generate pick tickets for the warehouse staff.• Highlight add-on or special items on pick ticket for each customer.• Make changes in the system to existing invoices.• Resolve any other customer issues when called upon.• Assist preparing final invoice for the customer.• Route the invoices to transportation for each driver.• Process credit requests when drivers return from route and enter them in the system.• Assist with credit memos.• Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
