My background includes nearly four decades of food industry experience in sales, marketing, and executive management. Since the beginning of my food industry career, I have held various sales, marketing, and senior management positions at several Fortune 100 companies, as well as entrepreneurial sidebars delivering services to the industry. Most recently I was an equity partner and chief executive at Hospitality Training LLC (dba Foodservice University), providing eLearning production and delivery to the broad food segment.
My formal education includes a B.S./B.A. from the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University; M.B.A. studies at Capital University, and executive studies at The Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
Practical experience includes expertise in sales effectiveness and efficiency practices, as well as social networking management, assisting foodservice clients and sales agencies with business applications such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and Pinterest, maximizing the advantage of these powerful new communication and client development tools.
