Managed all technology services including server administration, desktop support, network administration, website design, data systems implementation, telephony, database development, and end-user support. Was responsible for technology for over 200 employees in eight locations. I implemented various software systems that serviced internal and external clients including streaming video, substitute management, and online registration portals. I developed multiple departmental data systems for internal use and as contracted services for the school districts served. I implemented management standards for computer acquisition, life-cycle management, and security protocols. I managed the ESC’s technology plan and E-rate filings. I served on the administrative management team and was instrumental in improving workspace and office efficiency.

Served as regional field liaison working with district leaders to implement various state technology grants. I oversaw implementation guidelines, documented progress, conducted training, advised on technical purchases, maintained constant communication with district leaders and various state agencies. I served as a liaison with Technology Leaders in over 60 school districts across five counties. I worked with agency staff to promote and implement more than a dozen different technology programs. I helped to promote various agency and state-wide technology initiatives.

Managed the development of all educational programs and overall implementation and development of educational exhibits in start-up science center. Oversaw multiple part and full time staff members and over 100 volunteers. Created unique technology-based programs, shows, and themed exhibit areas. Served on executive leadership team and helped oversee overall operations of science center. Worked in the community to promote science, science education and the center itself. Interfaced with key donors and the Board of Directors.

Worked within COSI in their traveling exhibits area, overseeing the educational programs around incoming nationally traveling exhibits. I also oversaw traveling exhibits on the road including their Liquid Vision traveling Exhibit and the Mission to Mars exhibit which I took to Singapore and Shanghai.
