In this role I ensure the seamless operation of the bar in all facets, by assisting in overseeing the successful fulfillment of roles by bouncers, servers, and bar staff on a given shift. I also help to guarantee that each customer has a pleasant experience in the establishment, and that everybody is safe.

As the Development Intern for Woodard Properties I composed extensive reports on Charlottesville zoning changes and how these changes impact the parcels owned by Woodard Properties, as well as a report on electric vehicle charging stations and funding opportunities in both commercial and multifamily projects. In addition to these reports, I assisted in other day-to-day work relating to current development projects (market studies, proforma work, community engagement, and website building, amongst others).

Developed a plan of action based on landscape/hardscape layouts.
