I am a highly professional Information Technology specialist with over 15 years’ experience working for Government and a major blue chip IT Company.Currently I manage a small team responsible for providing and maintaining a stable IT infrastructure to a busy clinical research company which includes the global support and management of ACM Global Laboratories IT infrastructure in the UK, Singapore, Mumbai, and Shanghai, along with working very closely with our American based parent organisation.My current role includes all aspects of domain management both physical and virtual, managing hardware, planning and implementing all levels of IT projects from virtualisation projects, assimilation of domains, identification of new requirements and implementation of global solutions. Throughout my years of working in the industry I have developed excellent skills server management, customer service, full service provision, project management and being able to respond calmly under pressure. I am a very self-motivated person who takes a great pride in all work undertaken and accepts new challenges with enthusiasm, over the last 5 years working for ACM I have been responsible for the planning and successful implementation of major projects including, domain virtualisation, domain assimilation, domain role outs, hardware refreshes in the UK and APAC, Antivirus changes, backup solution implementation, spam filter implementation and telecoms management. Other challenges have seen me be responsible for the taking the lead in a ransomware attack recovery, being heavily involved with implementing a new IT infrastructure in a building refit and identifying appropriate solutions for backup generator project.
