Travel to different local MasTec offices such as Richmond, VA to have meetings with tech supervisors and Ops mgr about our operation. Martinsburg, VA to train dispatch leads on supervising. Generate daily reports for 500-800 jobs a day, completion rates, closure rates, cancellation rates, escalated work orders.
