Hey there, I’m Tim, founder and principal of TDW+Co, a certified minority-owned, mission-driven, cultural communications agency dedicated to creating meaningful dialogue that inspires positive and social impact within our diverse communities of today and tomorrow.Our agency's approach leans heavy on community-based insights that informs on audience needs, that fuels our passion for driving creative ideation and problem-solving.     Tim headed a nonprofit business association whose focus was on the economic development of a traditionally underserved neighborhood in Seattle. He oversaw all operations of the organization and managed its staff of six. The neighborhood encompassed 380 businesses and property owners. The CIDBIA was focused on the neighborhood’s sanitation, transportation, public safety, and marketing / tourism.Tim was responsible for running the organization’s programs, fundraising and grant writing, working closely with its board of directors, facilitating public involvement, and serving as an advocate and voice of the neighborhood. Tim also led and managed contract deliverables with the City of Seattle Office of Economic Development, providing more than $100,000 of grant funding to nearly 30 small businesses within the business district.
